Do we wash the Raw bundles?
No Co wash all hair bundles for the first wear with applying the conditioner lightly not heavy on the hair may cause the hair to weigh down last but not least always close the cuticles of the hair with cool water after applying conditioner and let hair air dry
How to maintain frizziness on raw Indian hair?
We suggest using "Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Anti frizz Serum". Place the serum on the hair after washing but only when the hair is dry or damped do not place the serum on the hair why hair is still wet . Do not use a lot of the serum it will cause the hair to weigh down.
Do you wash Brazilian hair?
No we leave that to the customer but yes ALL Brazilian hair does needs to be
co-washed before installing the hair.
What heat protector we use on the hair?
We use alcohol free heat protector, " IC Fantasia Hair Polisher Heat Protector Straightening Spray". We also use Turn up the Heat for Brazilian and Raw Indonesian .
Can we blow-dry the hair?
We suggest air drying for all hair after washing. Air drying hair keeps moisture in the hair. In case you have to blow dry make sure it's on cool air instead of hot.
What kind of shampoo is good for both Brazilian and Raw hair?
We use "ORS Olive Oil Sulfate-Free Hydrating Shampoo" which is found online and is NOT in stores Tresseme moisture-rich shampoo is okay to use for raw hair. Stay Away from shampoos with lauryl sulfate in them. To clean raw extensions. We suggest using Deep Cleanse from tresseme shampoo for built-up. For curly or wavy texture we also recommend the curl hydrate tresseme shampoo
What kind of conditioner is good for the hair & How to to keep Moisture in Raw hair
For Raw Indian & Indonesian hair we use "Tresemme Moisture Rich Luxurious Conditioner". For Brazilian we use "Tresemme Conditioner Moisture Rich as well. Any conditioner is good for the hair long as it says it contains moisture. To keep moisture in raw hair leave the conditioner in for 10-15 min and then wash with cool water Do not use a lot of conditioner use enough so the hair want weigh down.
Should we use the double method or single method for Raw Hair Tracks?
We should single all Raw hair it is cut in one direction so using the single method will help keep hair in one direction and keep away tangles
